Within 24 hours of the discovery call, send a proposal, contract, and invoice. Use tools like Dubsado to integrate these into a single link for clarity on services, terms, and pricing.
Step 3: Client Onboarding
Once the client agrees and completes these initial documents, the next phase begins with onboarding. This includes sending the client an email outlining the next steps, such as filling out an onboarding form, providing access to necessary assets via a shared Google Drive folder, and introducing them to our project management tool, Notion.
Step 4: Kickoff and Welcome Packet
A kickoff call follows to discuss strategy and clarify expectations. Additionally, I provide clients with a welcome packet that outlines our partnership timeline, communication methods, billing schedule, and other relevant details. This packet ensures transparency and sets the stage for a collaborative working relationship.
